Reiki is a holistic practice that aims to regulate the energy of the body and mind, to help you find balance in your life. This practice, which originated in Japan, works on the Ki (energy in Japanese) and the spirit (Rei), just as in the martial arts, where we learn to master internal and external energies.
What for
Feeling stressed? Anxious? Disconnected? Going through a complicated period of transition, life change? Need a break?
By combining meditative relaxation and touch, Reiki deeply soothes the body and mind. It frees you from energy blockages, reduces stress and anxiety and allows you to gently return to yourself. Reiki connects to the power of self-soothing and self-healing.
Who for
This non-intrusive practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of gender or age. Children and teenagers are particularly receptive to Reiki treatments.
Reiki is not a religious or esoteric approach and does not replace medical treatment, it is an amazing tool as a complementary therapy to balance body, mind, and spirit.
With every session and every person I receive, I have the sensation of tuning a musical instrument.
